The 8-Phase Workflow

Contract + 50% deposit. Questionnaire + timeline confirmed.

Phase 02
Discovery & Research

Brand audit, competitor analysis, audience persona, color gap map.

Phase 03
Brand Strategy
Days 5โ€“9

Positioning, personality, tone of voice. Strategy approved in writing.

Phase 04
Concept Development
Days 9โ€“17

20โ€“30 sketches โ†’ 2โ€“3 directions. Mockups presented in a dedicated call.

Phase 05
Full Identity Design
Days 17โ€“27

Logo system โ†’ colors โ†’ typography โ†’ elements โ†’ applications. WIP shared at midpoint.

Phase 06
Refinement & Revisions
Days 27โ€“34

Feedback in one document. 2 included revision rounds. Written sign-off required.

Phase 07
Final Delivery
Days 34โ€“38

All files + brand guidelines PDF. Final 50% payment before file transfer.

Phase 08
Post-Launch
Ongoing

Launch plan, KPIs, 30-day support window. Optional retainer available.

Terms & Conditions

The terms outlined in this agreement apply to all invoices and project engagements between the Designer (Mustafa Aboalazm) and the Client.

The Designer commits to executing the agreed-upon designs within the agreed timeline, and will not include any content deemed inappropriate from a religious or social perspective.

The Designer commits to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding project details and design work until project completion โ€” excluding consultations with trusted collaborators for quality purposes.

The Designer retains the right to use completed designs in their personal portfolio and promotional materials after project delivery โ€” without requiring prior client approval.

If the Client objects to portfolio usage, the Designer agrees not to publish the work without written permission. An exclusivity supplement of 35โ€“50% of the project value applies โ€” the exact percentage to be agreed upon by both parties.

Payment is received in two or three installments depending on project tier: 50/50 for Tier 1 (Logo), and 50/25/25 for Tiers 2โ€“3 (Brand Identity / Full System).

The first installment is collected before any work begins. Final files are delivered only after the last installment is received โ€” no exceptions.

Payment is accepted in EGP or USD via: cash, bank transfer, electronic transfer, or Vodafone Cash (01092500454). Electronic transfers incur a 1% service fee.

Additional terms may be added to this agreement by mutual written consent of both parties at any point during the project.

The Designer guarantees professional flexibility and respectful collaboration within the boundaries set by this agreement โ€” protecting the rights and interests of both parties.

Scope additions requested after project initiation are treated as separate deliverables and billed accordingly. Any scope additions beyond the original agreement require a new written estimate and client approval before execution.
