How do payments work? +
Tier 1 (Logo): 50% upfront, 50% before delivery.
Tiers 2–3: 50% upfront, 25% at concept approval, 25% before final file delivery.
Payment via cash (EGP or USD), bank transfer, Vodafone Cash (01092500454), or electronic transfer (+1% service fee).
How many revisions are included? +
Every project includes 4 revision rounds. Revisions mean adjustments that don't fundamentally change the overall design direction. Revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $10 each for logos, and at an agreed rate for larger scope.
What files will I receive? +
All logos are delivered in: SVG, PNG (transparent), PDF, JPG — in both CMYK (print) and RGB (digital) color modes. For print work: CMYK PDF + JPEG. For social: RGB PNG + JPEG.
Do you work with international clients? +
Yes — I've worked with local Egyptian clients and international brands across the region. All projects are conducted remotely or on-site in Al Obour. Communication in Arabic and English.
Can I use the designs in my portfolio? +
By default, I reserve the right to feature completed work in my portfolio and on social media after project delivery. If you prefer otherwise, this can be negotiated — a 35–50% supplemental fee applies for exclusivity. See the full agreement for details.
How long does a project take? +
Logo Design: 7–14 days. Brand Identity: 3–5 weeks. Full Brand System: 6–10 weeks. Timelines are agreed upfront and confirmed in the project brief. Rush delivery is available at an additional fee.
Are prices negotiable? +
Prices are transparent starting points. Some items are negotiable depending on project scope and context. What's not negotiable: the 50% upfront deposit before any work begins.
