Common questions.

Are prices negotiable?+

Yes, within reason. Final pricing depends on project scope, timeline, number of applications, and whether it's a one-off or the start of a longer relationship. The ranges shown are honest starting points.

What if my project doesn't fit a tier exactly?+

Most projects don't fit a tier exactly — and that's fine. Tiers are starting templates. After our Discovery Call, I send a custom proposal that adds, removes, or adjusts items to match your actual needs.

Can I upgrade tiers during the project?+

Yes. If we start with Tier 02 and you decide mid-project you want the full strategy and additional applications, I'll quote the upgrade delta and we adjust the timeline accordingly. No re-doing finished work.

Is there a discount for full prepayment?+

Yes — 10% off the total invoice when you pay upfront in full at kickoff. Saves both of us payment friction and lets me lock in your timeline immediately.

Do you work with international clients? What currency?+

Yes, frequently. Pricing is quoted in USD by default. Payment via Wise, PayPal, or international bank transfer. For Egyptian clients, EGP equivalent is provided on request.

What happens if I need additional revisions beyond the included rounds?+

Each tier includes 2 structured revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at $50/hour, or as a fixed price per item — agreed in writing before execution.

Are source files (AI / PSD) included?+

Final files are always included in every necessary format (AI · EPS · SVG · PNG · JPG · PDF). The original layered source files (AI / PSD / INDD) remain my property unless explicitly purchased — fee starts at $200 depending on the project.
