Common questions.

How long does a full brand identity take?+
Roughly 5–6 weeks for a standard project — 38 days from kickoff to delivery, including discovery, strategy, two design rounds, and final files. Tighter timelines are possible at premium pricing.
What's included in a "Brand Guidelines" document?+
A 20–40 page PDF covering logo usage (do's & don'ts), color codes (HEX/RGB/CMYK/Pantone), typography hierarchy, spacing rules, voice & tone, and ready-to-use templates. Designed for your team to apply the brand without me.
How many revision rounds do I get?+
Two structured rounds are included. After that, additional revisions are billed hourly. This isn't a limit on your input — it's a structure that protects the strategy from being eroded by ad-hoc changes.
Do you work with international clients?+
Yes — most communication is over email and Notion, with weekly video calls. Time zones haven't been an issue. I work in both English and Arabic, and have delivered for clients across MENA and beyond.
How does payment work?+
50% deposit before kickoff, 50% before final file delivery. Payment via bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, or international wire. I don't start without the deposit and don't release final files without the balance — protects both sides.
Can you also build the website?+
Yes. I design and build responsive WordPress sites (and Webflow when it fits) — from landing pages to full corporate sites. Best done as part of the same project as the brand identity, so the system stays cohesive end-to-end.
What if I just need a logo, not the full system?+
I can do logo-only sprints under Tier 01, but I'll be honest: a logo without strategy is a coin flip. If budget is tight, we shrink the system — not skip the strategy.
