Process, pricing, scope, and terms — clearly laid out so we can build with confidence. This is the full proposal: read it once, no surprises later.
Every branding project moves through eight clear phases. The order isn't arbitrary — each phase builds on the last, which is what prevents end-of-project surprises.
A short call to understand the project and confirm we're a fit — before any financial commitment.

Clarity in scope protects both sides from misunderstanding. The detail below applies to Brand Identity tiers (2 & 3).
Out-of-scope work: Any request outside the agreed scope is offered separately at $25/hour or a fixed price per item — defined in writing before execution.
Bank transfer (local / international) · PayPal & Wise (international clients) · Electronic wallets (local transactions) · Cash for in-person meetings.
Transfer fees may apply depending on the chosen method and are paid by the client.
Standard terms protecting both parties. The signed version (with full party details) is exchanged after Discovery Call.
The designer commits to delivering the designs and services stated in the agreed tier. Any work outside this scope is presented in a separate proposal subject to a new agreement.
The project includes two revision rounds (Round 1 + Round 2) after each phase presentation. Any additional revision is billed at $50/hour or a fixed rate defined in writing.
The expected duration is set per the tier from the Kickoff date. Client delay in providing materials or feedback for more than 5 working days automatically pauses the timeline. The designer is not responsible for any resulting delay.
Both parties commit to confidentiality of all commercial and technical information exchanged for two years after project end. Where the client requests additional confidentiality, a separate NDA is signed.
The designer retains the right to display the project in his portfolio (Behance, Portfolio site, social media) after the brand's public launch. The client may request a delay or full project confidentiality for an additional fee defined in writing.
Ownership of final designs transfers to the client upon full payment. Source files (AI, PSD, INDD) remain the designer's property unless explicitly agreed in writing for an additional fee.
Payments are received per the schedule in the Timeline & Payment section. In case of payment delay, the designer reserves the right to suspend work until payment is received.
If the client cancels after kickoff:
If the designer cancels for force majeure, the unrendered portion is refunded proportionally.
Both parties commit that the produced content does not violate applicable laws or recognized professional standards. The designer reserves the right to refuse content that conflicts with his professional values, with written notice and proportional refund of unfinished work.
Any modification to the terms of this agreement is only valid after written signature (paper or electronic) by both parties.
If this agreement matches what you're looking for, the next steps are simple.
